ShellWays Sexy Emporium will never rent, trade, sell or otherwise in any way divulge any of your personal information. Your information is safe with us !!!!!!

ShellWay's Sexy Emporium offers the following Returns Policy: 

1. Item must be returned within 3 Days. 
2. Refund will be given as an Exchange.
3. We will not accept returns on USED items. Items have to be in orig.condition with tags. 
3. We are not responsible for defects or damage caused by the customer. 
4. If a customer has a defective item request, email a return request to us explaining the defect. 
5. Shipping COST for a return and exchange is at CUSTOMER?S expense. There is a $5.00 restocking fee on most items. The restocking fee on Shoes is $15.00. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis. It is possible to waive the restocking fee and shipping cost.
6. Our customers are getting NEW merchandise not previously worn items. 
7. By law intimately worn apparel is not returnable.

8. Generally, no returns are allowed on shoes and boots.

International Orders:

For International Orders, we cannot be responsible for delayed or lost items once they leave the USA unless you pay the higher shipping cost for International tracking. If you wish to purchase the higher cost shipping, please contact us prior to checking out and we will adjust the shipping cost on your invoice.
